Megan Bonilla

Megan Bonilla received her B.A. in Chicano/Latino Studies from the University of California, Irvine and her M.A in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. Megan is passionate about student success and equity. She worked as a community college researcher to identify equity gaps in student retention and success and served with the Puente Project as a mentor to first generation community college freshman. At Puente, she helped students navigate collegiate systems and identify professional development opportunities. As an undergraduate student, Megan served with a nonprofit called Mentors Empowering and Nurturing through Education to deliver college application and financial aid workshops to first generation students.
