In a number of Latin American countries, Indigenous Peoples have made significant progress in promoting their policy agenda and introducing amendments to their national constitutions. This talk will focus on specific Andean cases and will review aspects of the newly approved United Nations Human Rights Commission for Indigenous Peoples.
